Orders are normally processed and shipped within a few business days of receiving your order.
Normal delivery and transit time is up to 7-10 business days with the exception of any customs prossing for international shipments.

If you wish to exchange an item purchased through Ippodaro please follow the steps below.
1. Please fill out the Return Merchandise section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the    

    return package.
2. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
3. Affix the return label provided on the invoice on the outside of the return package.
    If the return label is not available, please address your return package to:

Damaged items
